Use SSL/TLS (Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security) as a security type.
Username: Your email address
Password: Your password.

SMTP Outgoing Server setting:
smtphm.sympatico.ca is the server address.
Enter 587 as the port number.
Choose STARTTLS as a security type.
Username: Your email address
Password: Your existing password
